ZReceipt is a web-based receipt and invoice platform developed and operated by SigmaTech GH. ZReceipt is accessible through any modern web browser at zreceipt.sigmatechgh.com and can be saved to device home screens for a more convenient experience. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZReceipt platform and any related services provided by SigmaTech GH.
To use ZReceipt you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ZReceipt is available at no cost on the Free plan, which includes a 14-day full Business trial for new accounts. After the trial ends, the Free plan permits creation of up to 10 receipts and management of up to 5 products. Free plan access continues indefinitely at no charge.
The Business plan unlocks unlimited receipts, invoices, products, PDF sharing, digital signature, reports, and all future features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown in the application at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise SigmaTech GH and Paystack to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fee, which renews automatically until cancelled.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Accepted payment methods include card, mobile money, and bank transfer where supported in your region.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sigmatechgh.com/contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Business features until that date.
ZReceipt, including its source code, design, branding, and all content, is the intellectual property of SigmaTech GH. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ZReceipt for your own lawful business purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of ZReceipt without our express written permission. All receipts, invoices, and business documents you create through ZReceipt remain your own property.
You agree to use ZReceipt only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the platform to create fraudulent documents, impersonate any business or individual, violate any applicable laws, or interfere with the integrity of the service.
Your use of ZReceipt is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. ZReceipt stores your business data in your account and locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups using the in-app export feature. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure or user error.
ZReceipt is designed to work with or without internet access. However, account access, subscription management, and data synchronisation require periodic internet connectivity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and may occasionally carry out maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
ZReceipt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SigmaTech GH disclaims all implied warranties including fitness for purpose and non-infringement. Your use of ZReceipt is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigmaTech GH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZReceipt. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kumasi, Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of ZReceipt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
